Lunar Pictures was started by Justin Guo, merging a background as a commercial director with years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Our work spans the entire multimedia spectrum: branded films, short documentaries, broadcast PSAs, event recaps, fundraising projects, engaging animations, and more. We start by listening: understanding your narrative, researching your cause in depth, and telling your story in a way that builds trust and advances impact.

The moon does a lot of powerful, unseen work. It makes the Earth more livable, sets the rhythm of ocean tides, and offers light in the dark. That’s how we see our role: shifting paradigms about who holds power in our communities, and amplifying stories of those that often go unseen or unheard.
